Since we deal with pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products, our return and refund policy has certain restrictions to maintain product safety and hygiene. Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

You receive a wrong product.
The product is damaged on arrival.
The product is expired at the time of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and health regulations, we do not accept returns for:

Opened or partially used products.
Products without original packaging or tampered seals.
Products purchased for resale or bulk supply.

3. Return Process

To request a return, you must:

Provide a valid purchase invoice.
Share a clear unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package.
Raise your request within 48 hours of delivery through our customer support.

Our team will review the request, and once approved, instructions for returning the product will be shared.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated only after successful verification of the returned product.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
In case of cancellation before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.

6. Important Notes

GlacHealth Pharma is not responsible for side effects caused due to misuse or self-medication.
Variations in product results from person to person do not qualify for refunds.
Please ensure the shipping address and contact details are accurate while placing an order, as delivery delays or issues caused by incorrect information are not eligible for refunds.
